Guinean musician Remna is the singer and composer of the soundtrack to the feature film Nome, selected for an award at this year’s Cannes Film Festival in May.
The experienced musician admits that he feels “privileged and proud of the recognition of the work of the whole team”, in the most prestigious film event in Europe.

This is not the first time Remna is the author of a critically acclaimed soundtrack. Two years ago he composed the music for the award-winning African series Manjak that premiered on Canal + Afrique. The audiovisual production won the prestigious Ubuntur D’ Or award at the International African Film Festival in Paris, France.
His latest EP Gaabu was released last year. A career marked by the sucesses of the albums Saltana in 2013, and Zona Zero in 2019.
